Fan board discussion v. 28 years!

Been a fan since 71 loss to colts at age 10. Fan now fan forever when it comes to cowboys. Today, I enjoy all dialogue around players and what we should do “next season.” But I must admit it is getting old and I am too! Twenty eight years is a long time to be discussing “next season.” Obviously, it is clear to most of us fans who is responsible. The ask is simple. If you post just start with “just retire Jerry & son! Maybe just maybe we might get new front office for year 29,…..and then we might get back to winning where it counts.

You need to change your reasons for watching. Like most old timers here I used to tune in to watch the Cowboys for the dominant winning football. Now I tune in for different reasons. It is nothing more than a reality TV show. I enjoy the stories. The story of the hero like Parsons and Wilson. The story of the villain like Joseph or D Flaw. The story of the hero turned villain like Diggs or fat Zeke. The story of the moronic front office. No matter what you are looking for this team will have it. As long as it isn't championship football.

I understand the variance. But we've all been asked to avoid personal attacks, etc., so why bother commenting on the OP's choice of subjects? If one doesn't like the comment, just move on, right?

Its only a tiny sliver on Jerrys Powerpoint graph of success. Said it before, winning "just enough" to give hope is almost as good as winning it all.

this place is annoying through the year in the offseason it gets even worse. I have a choice though and i still come here so thats on me. I may take a little hiatis

exactly, that's usually how the conflicts begin and get ratcheted up from there, just freakin move on, no silly comment is needed, ask a legit question or make a comment with some value or just chuck it.

I think by "personal attacks"...it really has more to do with name calling or other "personal" insults that have nothing to do with subject at hand.
If mods/admin want to correct please do!
