A race-off against a fan spells disaster in the injury department. Donate the money, or match it through a charity or something, and concede the race to the crazed fan.

One of his stipulations is that the race happens after the NFL season.

Anyways...

The guy wants to race against TO because TO said that he could beat Usain Bolt if he gave him a 20m head start. The "kid" thinks this is a joke because even he could beat TO with a 20m head start although he is no athlete.

And IMO this is true. For example: if it takes you 10 secs to run 100m that means that in 1 sec you cover 10m. So a 20m head start equals 2 secs.

So say Usain Bolt has a great day in this race and he will run somthing like 9.70. TO knows his 100m time. If it is lower then 11.70 he will win this race. And IMO TO is able to run the 100m dash in the high 10 secs (means 10.8 to 10.9).

Heck with a little bit of training i could beat Bolt with a 20m head start. I guess this comment was more of a joke by TO then a serious one.
