Sadly, nothing will cut through Jerry's ego, pride and defiance. But who cares? Many protests are waged in vain. That doesn't change the fact that things need to be said. Wade is merely a symptom. Booting him won't change a damn thing (i.e. deck chairs on the Titanic). We've tried everything but a new GM. Time to find out.

I get what many of you are saying, but in all honesty he did do that. Jones was a GM in name only for the 4yrs Parcells was here, and we didnt win in the postseason then either.

I agree with Hos in that Jerry has changed and things are better in terms of personnel moves and the draft. The issue is we cant seem to find the right coach. Parcells seemed like a homerun, but he was not the right coach because he was a shell of his former self on the sideline. Wade seemed like a good choice because of what he could do for the defense, but its obvious he was the wrong move too.

At this point I have to agree, How do I change my SCREEN Name can someone put (Photoshop me )a slash on it....I think its time to Understand it starts at the top and it will never get better with Jerry running the ship .....We need a major...make-over. No coach wants to work with i'm....Billy boy came in here and robed him. I really feel bad for Wade I hope that he can turn it around but,,,,I think Romo is a coach killer just like his favorite player Favre....I like Romo but he is what he is....Not that I think its all is Fault. But with the tools that we have it makes no sense to me why this coaching staff is doing ....Garrett. And the rest ...I know it’s hard to get millionaires to play...but this is just stupid already....STOP THE MADNESS...

Not exactly. Jerry still insisted on approving draft picks, for one thing, and TO sure as hell wasn't Bill's idea.

Just from reading this thread if true I feel bad for James, that's one dude that doesn't deserve the hate. He played great this year, the best of his career and is always leading from the front. He has his moments but I guess being human does that.
