Fans blaming Dak

the D was terrible, but blaming one group is ridiculous

Defense didn’t throw a needless pick meant to be a throwaway. Defense didn’t throw awful routine out route to CD on first play. Defense didn’t massively under throw every deep ball, especially the easy one to CD late game. Defense didn’t throw an inaccurate throw to Javonte Williams standing 10 feet away on a HB screen. Defense didn’t make Ferg have to completely flip his body on a flat route to catch the ball.

I do not understand how people do not see how inaccurate and late Daks throws are. This is well documented and proven in tons of film reviews. Dak is a good guy but he’s an avg QB at best

The interception was horrible decision making. Just dumb. That was consistent with the rest of the team. Defense was the largest culprit. Coach was dumb not going for it and setting the tone.

He sucked. More or less than the others, I don't think that's the real problem. But don't take his accountability out.

The D was a nightmare, but the offense, his INT... geez

Dak was fine. D fence bled time by a thousand cuts. The Giants drives were absolutely suffocating.
It's unreal the expectations of Dak. Has he played better? Sure!!! But we were last in the NFL in defense last year...and they look worse than they did LAST year!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry, but, 9/10 times, i defend Dak when possible. However, I also have to be objective. Fact of the matter, I have to blame Dak for this loss.

Yes, I am aware that the defence, especially in the second half, was getting gashed. Yes, the offense looked better in the second half. However, the defence did make two stops in the first half, including a massive takeaway. Now, to be fair, the play before, Pickens drops a ball that should have been a TD. However, the next play, that pick by Dak was 1. Inexcusable and 2. Completely sapped any momentum away we might have had. Not only that, but the offense as a whole was terrible in the first half, outside the one TD.

I also have to blame Schotty for not going for it on 4th and inches. At the very least, sneak the ball. Dak's a big player. He can probably fall forward and get the first down. However, outside of that, I thought Dak's interception was a key reason why we lost. We know the defence is going to take time to get in gear. Skatabo is, unfortunately, really really big and a load to tackle. At the very least, the offense needed to be able to cover the defence to help them. That didn't happen, so, that's why, imo, the blame for tonight's loss is, at least, in large part on Dak's shoulder imo. I expect a much better performance against Washington on Sunday, and the defence should be better equipped against Washington.

The last thing you could afford to do was to let them double dip and get a two possession lead and Dak’s pick went a long way to letting that happen. The defense was worse than Dak for sure but he wasn’t great either. Neither were our stud WRs with the drops. Not sure anyone played well but Guyton.

Dak spotted the giants 7 points before halftime. I don't care about the Pickens drop. Stuff happens. What is inexcusable is your 60 million dollar player doing something like that. That's an awful throw. Dak stat pads against bad teams, always has and always will. He's not a winning player when it counts most.

Quite honestly, that pick was a 21 point swing. Like you said, sometimes a WR just drops it. Pickens will be fine, and I'm not worried about that. But, at the very least, if Dak just gets that ball out of bounds, it's a 7-7 game likely at halftime. Instead, when we got the ball again in the 3rd quarter, we were down 21-7. And this was after the defence forced a beautiful fumble that led to our interception. And if you look at the final result, that pick and swing was the difference.
