i posted this site awhile back, but evidently you can still vote, dont know deadline though, but you can vote up to 7 players, then you submit your name, favorite team etc;

Dallas Cowboys fans who believe their franchise has been dissed by the Pro Football Hall of Fame now have a forum to vent their displeasure.
Van Heusen and J.C. Penney, in conjunction with the Pro Football Hall of Fame, have launched a site (www.fanschoice.com) giving the fans a chance to vote on the 131 players on the preliminary ballot for the Class of 2010. There are also Twitter opportunities for comments.

I'm sure Dallas Cowboys fans have plenty to say. The Cowboys have four all-decade players from the 1960s and 1970s not in the Hall of Fame: OT Ralph Neely, WR Drew Pearson, DE Harvey Martin and S Cliff Harris.
The downside is that all the fan input will have no direct bearing on the final vote by the Hall of Fame selection committee. It's just a chance to vote, a chance to vent.
but it seems like you could vote to get your players into the next to last voting
