But, it worked for Albert Breer. He dumped those losers at the DMN and moved on to the NFLN. And the NFLN isn't exactly the beacon of great reporting, but he became a trusted source of information and I always look forward to his insight, even if I disagree with him.

She would belabor a point for long stretches over and over. The college play-by-play woman, too. It's distracting to listen to. Maybe I need to mature a bit.

No, you are on to something. I have no problem with females in the booth, a lot of times they are much better researched than their male counterparts. I do find that some try too hard to "prove" themselves unnecessarily and it comes off slightly annoying.
