Please come out of hiding.

Please, proceed to eat crow.

No, really, I would like anyone that was making those ridiculous fire the entire coaching staff and rebuild the team posts all week to post now. I'd seriously like to hear your thoughts.

I know all of you are reading the board and are just staying away from posting. Please do so now.

Don't make me go back and call out each one of you individually. Thank you.

They're not coming. You'll have to start naming names.

First one.

Not really a hater, but conspicuously absent after our win today, compared to his usual immediate posting of info after a loss.

DCFanatic. Where are you, man?

Just wow.

Really, Bob, you're surprised by this thread? Where have you been the last two weeks?

DC has been giving them plenty of credit on his website.

You're right. I stand corrected. He's still strangely absent from around here after the game.

I wouldn't get too exited.

Dallas matched up with Houston quite well, and the Texans top offensive threat (Andre Johnson) was much less than 100%.

I've never been a believer in Houston, and this validates my thoughts.

I will be surprised if Dallas wins 9 games this season. Very surprised.

8-8 tops. :storm:

Let me preface my remarks by saying that I like every poster who has posted in this thread, including the OP.

Now, please suffer my feelings on "call out" threads: In my opinion, there are few things more useless. In fact, as I recall, they were banned last season on this site after Bach attempted to call out Hostile.

Why can't we simply accept the reality that different fans have different methods of handling adversity (and even success)?

Having said this, I admit a certain desire to see a couple fans finally "fade away."

Last week Houston matched up well with us and we were about to be smoked and go 0-3. Now of course, things have changed for CRAP.

Funny how "Awakened" was quickly here after every loss to tell us how bad he has faded.

Yet he is not here today.

Maybe his fade finally is complete.

The first 2 weeks were rough for sure on here. Almost hate even reading the board with all of the hate people spew so effortlessly after a loss.

Hahaha. He was my next call out.

Scipio, thank you. I understand where your coming from. Many fans do have a certain way of handling adversity, but I have a desire to see these particular "fans" handle a win. The lack of responses in this thread simply confirms my belief that these people are simply not true fans, or they pretty much desire to be miserable.

This thread may be petty and useless, but it is one of my ways of enjoying the win. I am a pretty classy person in regards to not gloating or talking smack in real life. My boss is a Commanders fan and he can tell you that I won't talk smack and brush off smack talking towards me. This is just a place I can break character and get out what I'm feeling. Plus, this thread is fueled by my pure curiosity over who will actually answer my call to eat crow, and who will not.

Call-out threads rarely end well.

But they're fun when they really get going. Nobody's biting on this one yet, though. dc will when he gets back, I'm betting. CowboyMike just called him to the carpet. :)

Never in my mind once did I think Houston would beat Dallas.

Yeah aren't these threads disallowed? ScipioCowboy you hit the nail right on the head. That's how I feel. Do you really want to participate in a forum where every post you've ever made sits under the eye of other posters ready to be bumped or called out when you're wrong? I'm not changing the way I post one bit. I love the fact that we beat Houston, but I did not expect it based on week 1 and 2.

Oh please. We play one game out of three to our potential and everyone thinks it is great. We are still 1 - 2. This team has been up and down since December 2007. We ain't going anywhere this year without a coach who can MOTIVATE this team and hold players accountable EVERY WEEK. I am glad we won but I will not let one good game in three make me think everything is okay with this team. Some of you fans are going to be in a real shock when this season is over. I know what is coming due to our lacking at the head coach position. I will eat my crow if and only if we get to the NFC championship game and "make a game of it". By my "make a game of it" statement I mean that we put forth a much better effort than what we showed in Minny last year. I hold this team to a VERY high standard because I believe we have the best roster top to bottom in the league. We have no business being 1 - 2.

Come on fellas, cant we all just be happy that we finally won a dam game???

Do we really need call out threads???
