Fantastic Season

Sucsefull season? Sure. Fantastic? Abso****inglutly not. I see little difference between 44-6 and this.

My season is over.

It was an exciting ride. I almost believed. As with all seasons over the past 10 years, as soon as I as thought we could ... we go down in flames.

New LT and LG are a must in the draft.

I see a playoff win and a team not a TME.

The entire playoffs is literally going through our house next year
That's what we thought after the 2007 season and we were 13 and 3.

Playoffs aren't guaranteed, remember injuries, etc. The time was now and we blew it. We didn't show up, kind of on the defensive side of the ball, but offensively, we have MAJOR flaws.

Nice season, but the outcome is that we lost BIG TIME and losing means nothing to me, maybe to you all but I'm not okay with losing.

So because of 2 positions, we couldn't get the ball to our receivers? I don't believe that. Favre was running for his life early on, he still found guys opened.

Big numbers don't impress me, getting the job done does.

I said I'd be happy if we swept Philly and got our 1st playoff win and I am. My expectations have lowered over the years and I hope they build on the changes they made in the off season and continue to build on what they have.

They were fun to watch and gave me a lot of fun and hope.

No way I put this loss on Romo, we wouldn't have even been in the playoffs without him.

Our future lies in our O-line (imo), hopefully things inmprove in that dept.

Maybe he wants someone who has not had 2 NFCE championships in 3 years, a playoff win and 2 appearances. I'm sure the Eagles or the Giants would have loved our season, and Daniel Snyder would've paid half of his fortune for it.
I just don't what better option is out there. What people fail to realize is if you bring in a new HC it's almost like starting over again. The players love playing for Wade and he has built a strong foundation especially with the defense. It is such a silly reaction to just start firing everyone at this point because of how this game turned out. Everybody needs to realize that only one team wins the Super Bowl. Should Baltimore and all these other teams that lost and will lose fire their HC. That's just not realistic.

I don't care for you posting Romo sucks, oh look he choked, Wade sucks, Garrett Sucks, Cowboys Suck.

**** YOU ALL, thats all I got to say to those who are saying that, look back @ 1991, then look @ 1992.

This was 1991, next year is a Super Bowl win this team can only get better under Wade.

This was a terrible ending to a good season. We have to make some additions and changes if we progress from here. A couple heads have to roll. O-line Garrett and our Kicker seem like our weak links.

Have fun hanging your wildcard win banner in your room. For the rest of us getting embarrass to not make the playoffs and getting embarrass in the playoffs is little difference.

Garrett gives us a chance to win any game, no way in hell do we get rid of him.

Before this season: Someone walks up to you, 11-5 and a playoff win but a loss the following round, buy or sell.

You'd either buy or your lieing.

Great season.
Agree with the first two parts. But losing 34-3 by completely laying an egg is a terrible way to end. I would have rather lost to Philly playing hard and solid than to play like crap to end the season.

I have said all along that the only way I would call this season a success was to win the SB. After we were dismantled by the Eagles to end last season, I have said all along that Wade should have been fired and that the only thing that would change my mind was a SB victory. I do not understand all the kool-aide drinkers around here. We have one of the best rosters in the NFL and get the least out of it. This season is an epic fail after today!!

Is starting over really that bad? I dont think it is if you hire a competent head coach Jets and Chargers prime example..... If you are satisfied with a one and done in the playoffs you are to used to losing. I am old enough to remember the bad days and the glory days and one and done is not good enough with the talent we have.

We may not have to worry about rather or not Jason gets better or not by next year cause there is a good shot that he might get offered a HC job or two this offseason. He just might take one this time. *Shrugs*

I'm happy.

I like where they're at this year better than where they were last year.

They're a team and I think they get better over the off-season - may unload an expensive burden or two, may pick up a couple more.

I hope Keith Brooking sticks around, I like the enthusiasm he brings to the team.
