use the link above to see video, real short, but nice

Dont get me wrong, I love darren woodson, but i think darren is wrong here (in that miles should be ranked along with fitz, andre), but that Miles Austin will light up the NFL this year in jason garrett's offense; especially if they put miles in the slot like im hearing sometimes, and we will go miles and miles and miles towards championships with austin

Note, you can let the video run and get alittle more coverage on cowboys from tim hasselbeck, on safeties for cowboys;

He didn't say that Miles wouldn't put up those numbers again.

He just said that it's premature to rank him with Andrew Johnson, Fitz and the other top guys because he only has the 1 year.

Unless I watched a different video.

true, but i think miles should be ranked with andre, fitz and others, guess im biased!

love me some miles! and plenty more to go~ :D

Nothing wrong with wanting to see Miles prove he is not a 1yr wonder. IMO Miles needs to prove he can produce big numbers on a consistance basis to be considered great. He had a really good season last year.

yep, guess im biased when it comes to the boys! :D

He said Austin has to produce similar numbers in 2010 and probably 2011 to be considered "elite"... I somewhat agree, I would love to see him put up 1,200 yards and 10 TD's this year.

I think that if Austin does it again this year, he should be considered elite going into the 2011 season. I don't see him having to do it two more seasons to get that distinction.

Roy Williams is a 1 yr wonder as well! The one good season in Detroit. Let's hope Miles will be different!

Something about this thread makes me think that cowboyjoe is a li'l biased towards Austin...just a hunch! ;)

lol, i just think that if say a team calls us to trade for a player, its gonna cost them an arm and leg,

i hold all my dallas cowboy players high

only players that i dont hold very much value are
deon anderson, stephen mcgee, gordon, hurd,

i couldnt trade either one of them for very much, but other players on our team would cost you an arm and leg, because i think they are all very good players,

like if a team called to trade for austin, its gonna cost them at least like the hershel walker trade, (i wouldnt do it in the first place) but say if someone offered me like what we got for hershel i would think about it

would cost you a 1, 1, 1, 2, 3, 3

no team would do that

For the record, joe, I think that Miles will continue to tear up the league this year to the tune of 1100+ yds & 8-10 TDs...especially if he plays a lot in the slot!
