Okay so we're in week 4 of fantasy football. In Week 2, i beat this guy in a tiebreaker. He whined about the league settings that give 3 points to home team, so the commisioner in week 4 removes the 3 point home team advantage, losing me the game.

You can't change rules in mid season. That is ignorant and bush league. All players have to live by the same rules. What the hell does changing the rules do except alter previous outcomes? Pure ignorance is at work here.

I would quit that league right then and there. Even if any of my previous outcomes weren't affected by the rule change. (for or against) That league has no integrity.

Exactly what I did. I vacated my team, by benching all my players.

Oh there's no doubt in my mind that it was a stupid rule, but no one complained about it the first week of the season, and no one complained about it until they lost a close game, and it wasn't changed until two weeks after that...

You can't change things 4 weeks into the season...

you sign up, it is on you to read the rules and ask the commissioner if you need clarification on certain rules.....by the time of the draft, it is understood that everyone is ok with the league settings and everyone goes from there....

the commissioner of your league did not handle this correctly. also, the players in your league didn't read the rules clearly enough. too bad, so sad. call it a lesson learned and from now on read the rules of the league.
