I really love this guys outlook and heart on the game.
Even at such a young age he has a really keen understanding of the detail things that are important to winning, and why teams get beat. His responses to the media are always thoughtful and sincere, yet rousing at the same time. He's a natural leader, and even in just his second year he has rallied the team when it needed it, and said the things that needed saying even to veterans. He's a consummate team player, and understands the economics of the game, and realizes it a business. Its a shame he's number 3 here, because he could be a starter on at least a dozen teams in the NFL.
I believe he is going to be very successful in this game because he has wisdom about the game beyond his years.
