I think it's dumb to list anyone on the hot seat as of yet. Mike Nolan I guess I can understand, but most coaches nowadays don't stay on the hot seat long. If you lose confidence of the ownership, you're fired pretty quickly.

Obviously the new coaches aren't on the hot seat yet. Then if you were on the hot seat at the end of last season, you were probably fired.

It's a new season, all of these guys are gonna get a chance to show something this year. Who knows, the Niners could completely turn it around.
