This is what I want to eat every morning: Biscuits and gravy, with a side of bacon, and orange juice.

But this is what I eat: An apple and a handfull of pistachios. Sometimes I'll work in an orange, too.

Actually, I'm not much of a breakfast eater. I eat enough to get by until 11 a.m., when I enjoy a big lunch ... the highlight of my day.

I don't think you can go wrong no matter what you pick for your breakfast food.

Be it an Omelet...or Pancakes or biscuits and gravy.

Funny thing is although I love breakfast food I rarely eat it at breakfast.

Last night for dinner I had a Farmers Market Omelet from Bob Evans.

Egg Beaters doused with Hot Sauce, Turkey Bacon and Toast during the week. I hit the local Mexican joint for breakfast on the weekends for breakfast burritos.
