I think its a great topic.

I like Red Barron but in all honest its kinda hard to screw up a pizza.

I also like to just buy some English Muffins, cheese, pepperoni's, and pizza sauce and just throw it in the oven.

I hardly eat frozen pizza or order delivery for that matter but i've had DiGiorno a couple of times and it's actually pretty good.

Red Baron used to be my favorite... Haven't bought any in years.

I tried the California Pizza Kitchen frozen pizza. It was ok.

Now I buy the el cheapo Totino's cheese pizza's and put the toppings on myself.

Sams makes a good pizza or at least at their in house deli. Never tried the take home frozen version but I'm sure it's the same.

I loved the chicken pizza but seems you can't find it in Austin anymore.

Bingo.

I used to buy the expensive pizza's like Red Barron and DiGiorno. I still do every once in a while, but most of the time I get Totino's and pile on my own ingredient's.

When I was 15 years old I worked at Pizza Inn as a cook I was allowed to bake a large pizza to take home every night. I would experiment with the meats that were for the Hoggie Sandwiches. They had this super thin sliced real ham and salami that I would put on top on the sauce before the cheese. Then ample amounts mozzarella cheese then finish it off with triple pepperoni with Italian sausage then any other ingredients that I knew were extra fresh.

My pizzas were to die for. :D

FYI, there is a Pizza Crust Mix that comes in a 6.5 OZ. package made by Weisenberger. All you have to do is add 1/2 cup hot tap water and let it rise 5-30 minutes. You can then add tomato sauce (or whatever sauce you want, like pesto) and your favorite ingredients. Very easy to make and you can even add garlic, Parmesan cheese, or honey in the dough mix to make it tastier. My wife and i started using it based on a recommendation from a friend about 5 years ago and we haven't ordered pizza since then. The mix itself is less than a dollar each and we usually combine two to make enough for both of us, but if you don't mind cooking a little (cutting up onions, garlic or cooking some sausage) i highly recommend it. It only takes the pizza 10 minutes or less to cook in the oven.

We usually find it at 'whole foods' or other similar stores.

Sorry, didn't mean to hijack the thread.

Carry on.

Not a big fan of Sam's pizza, in-house and take home. In house is better, but that's not saying much.
