I have a top 10 that's 1a, 1b, 1c, etc...But this will always be my #1...Beating the uncontested best defensive player in the NFL for a TD bomb
Yeah man TR has given us a lot over the years but that one play represents all that he brought to the table in one spectacular highlight

I have so many as a diehard Romo supporter but the one for me which showcased his never give up persona was the four yard run vs the rams. To clarify, the one where the snap sailed over his head twenty yards downfield, booted it further trying to pick it, only to regain his composure alluding several sacks while running a real 40 plus yards for a measly four yard run and a first down.

This...

Beat me to it...

I still remember receiving a phone call from DocMoe, we were laughing and he was saying we finally got a good QB. He was late to the party but nonetheless it is one of my oldest "favorite" memories..

I used to refer to Romo as The Man On Fire...

A whole bunch of them running around in my head but I keep coming back to this:

2011. At SF. With fractured ribs and a punctured lung. 77 yards to Jesse Holley to beat the hated niners. One of the gutsiest performances I've ever seen.

What say you CZ?

That is my topper but mainly because I was there on that beautiful California afternoon

So many memories come to mind. It's hard to choose one. Famous run against rams. Playoff win against lions. Seattle tip toe pass. Comebacks against Giants eagles and Commanders.

The bad snap and scramble against the Rams. I was watching the game at a bar in Houston and even the Texans' fans cheered.

Knew they had something special after that play.

My favorite memory as well.

Also the Romo to Witten game winner in Detroit in 07' (I think), I was at that game and had to deal with 4 quarters of trash talking Detroit fans...but had the last laugh, but I stayed classy and left the building smiling with my #82 jersey.

That play against the Rams when Gurode snapped th ball two feet over his head, he must have run 40 yards on that play, but he made sure to get the 9 for the first down. I'm really going to miss Tony, just wish him the best.

1st thing popped in my head as soon as I saw the thread. Also both Washington games ... the loss when DeMarcus got us the ball back and the win with Tony pulling it out on one leg.

That was a great game. One of my most memorable was the Monday Night Game vs. Buffalo when he threw 5 ints and then led the team back to win the game on the double Nick Folk FG.
That's when it confirmed TO ME ..... that Tony was a straight BALLER! I was ride a die from that game forward. There was nothing you could say to me.

The cup of water to the face that Romo was constantly seen doing on the sidelines
What does that say about my boy psychologically:huh: He's on fiiirre...somebody better put him out? He can only be stopped with a cup of cold water.

Tyron stepped on his foot and altered the trajectory of the ball. Watch it again.

So Tyron's foot made him decide to throw it into triple coverage? Sorry, that excuse did not fly then any more than it does now.
