Meh, 2 to 4 weeks. I realize that, ideally, he should be practicing, but it could be a lot worse.

Being out the next 2 to 4 weeks severely impacts his chances to make the team. This is his time to convince them. Next month is too late.

This is likely right. Its a shame for him but thats how it goes sometimes.

McGovern is going to need something to do during the season anyway, because Tyler Smith will be at LG.

Considering there's nobody competing for the job, he'll probably be okay.

Perhaps. But if they just want a FB for a few plays each game, and to be on the inactive list some weeks, they kind of already know what they've got with Nall. He was never going to be a full-time player anyway.

He could easily land on the practice squad, or just as a free agent, and be signed by Dallas if another team doesn't sign him.

Not a high-priority player.

Carrying a FB on the 53 just isn't in the cards for the way the game is played right now. Unless you can give him ten carries a game, it's a dying to dead breed.

Now THIS is a problem.

Just when it seemed like Moore was about to settle into a fullback oriented ground and pound offense.....

I expected (expect) Nall to be carried because he can be the fullback, third running back and a core special-teamer. I think that's why we picked him up. There are definitely not enough snaps to carry just a fullback.
