FBS programs that deserve to be regulated to FCS
New Mexico State - They haven't been to a bowl game in over 50 years.
Idaho - Theyre indoor dome stadium is extremely too small, it'll be hard for them to expand.
Georgia State - hard to compete with in-city rival Georgia Tech and sometimes Georgia, why start a football program and move to FBS level too quickly?
Eastern Michigan - haven't been to a bowl game since 1987 and too hard competiting with neighboring Michigan Wolverines
FCS and Div II or III programs that deserve to be promoted to FBS
James Madison - fancy stadium
Montana - big stadium and big fan base(FBS style)
Schools from MEAC and SWAC that have larger stadiums 20,000 or larger(ill still allow Grambling because of their storied history)
ND State - Although they play in a tiny dome stadium, it is extremely fancy(FBS style) and they have a great record against FBS teams
West Texas A&M - they have large stadium enough to enter FBS(if they expand it a little bigger). that school developed mostly players who became popular in the wrestling ring.
