Thats whats missing from this team. Every great leader causes some fear. No ones in danger of losing their job for playing bad other than Maher and that took 12 games.
Imagine how Parcells would handle Tank after not getting sacks. He's playing like a pro bowler against the run this year. Parcells would do or saying that pisses tank off before week 6 nd he's go on to have 5 sacks in 4 games. He'd call Zeke fat and tell him he's a short yardage back and Zeke would drop 7 pounds and have 3 50 yard runs in the next 5 games.
