To be fair, I believe the award is based solely on yards. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Then it would be Ben Roethlisberger, Andrew Luck, THEN Drew Brees, THEN Peyton Manning, THEN Matt Ryan, THEN Eli Manning, and FINALLY you'd then have Aaron Rodgers, who is ranked 7th in yards. The list is completely screwed and biased, what a complete joke. I'm not sure Romo would win, or even place 2nd, but to not even have him listed as an option when he lead the league in QBR and passer rating is asinine.

Also on another thought, this has to be the first time that's ever happened. If anyone other QB lead the league in QBR/Passer rating, then they would be an option.
