I love playing online poker for fun, sure as heck would not be playing for real money online.

I like playing poker, but playing online is garbage. (I mean not for money) People are idiots. Every hand turns into "all in" and when Bob runs out of money doing that, someone else always pops in and starts doing it too. You can rob these guys blind, but in the end it takes the fun out of the game.

I prefer playing against skilled players. You don't find them online. (playing for free anyhow)

...well I suppose you can, but sifting through the sea of crap makes it not worth it. Besides, for ever good poker player you find, there are six other idiots sitting at the table with you.

I found some pretty good players online and while you do get many (Chunkers) guys who go all in all the time they get weeded out pretty quickly. Not hard to take money away from people willing to make stupid bets

I don't disagree. I like playing poker however if I play for real money I would rather do so in person not online. For those who choose to do it online they should be able to do so.

They aren't protecting you from yourself. They are protecting you from cheaters and they are also pissed that they aren't getting their tax money out of it.

Even on the biggest poker sites, people where cheated out of millions of dollars.
