I have never liked Joe Buck, but since I only could stomach watching abotu 4 minutes of the game, I thankfully didn't get to hear him talk much. I hope he gets fired soon. Not just for this game but for every game he annouces. I bet he supports the ACLU

I muted the TV.......I like Aikman a lot but I got sick of hearing his love fest over the skins Sunday. Sounded to me like he didn't want to come across as a homer...... unlike Thiesman..

I did too.. and I didnt even wait til it was a blow out. I believe I did it right after Bledsoes tipped Int.

Buck annoys the hell out of me and I knew it was gonna be all downhill from there. Both him and the game itself.

Course then you have Dick Stockton.. while not flat out annoying, has gotten to the point where he just makes a lot of mistakes in calling the action. I feel embarrassed for him sometimes.

There was 2 blatant ones the other day. They line up for an extra point to make it 14-0 and he says "they're lining up for a field goal attempt".. the kick is good and then he says "so that makes the score 14-0".

Then theres a 3rd down pass that gets the first down but because the camera happened to be showing an offensive player walking to the sideline for whatever reason, he goes.. "that'll bring up 4th down".. course a moment later he's like.. "ok 1st and 10 for the..."

But anyway.

No, it doesn't bother me. It never has. I want people to hate us. It means we matter. No one cares about the doormats of the NFL.

I am fine with people hating the Cowboys. Do it on their message boards, tv shows, radios, internet, whatever floats their boat...but do they have to do it during the game? The game was hard to watch as it was, with Joe Buck, it was unbearable. I had to go to another room, couldnt watch the rest of the game.

It just doesn't bother me in the least. It doesn't even register. Maybe it's because I put more effort into the actual game than what is being said. I don't really know.

Medicine after death. The announcers didnt lose the game. Its not like any comments will remove Joe Buck from his job or dent his reputation. like FOX will look at all the replies coming from Texas and go yep... this is a national issue... Buck you are on a disciplinary leave. Pulleaase, gimme a break.... it was a blowout and both Joe and Troy made comments about how bad the team is. You dont expect them to cry on air because the Boys lost. The man is doing his job, maybe if you removed your homer cap.... you would see it.

I just got home and read these responses. What the hell are you guys talking about? "Homer cap"?? The Cowboys sucked and got their butts kicked. The Commanders were better. Period. Nothing homerish about what I said. I was surprised to hear Buck sound so happy that the Commanders were winning. He made some sort of sarcastic comment about "I wonder what Parcells has to say now?!" Or something to that effect. It was biased and unprofessional. Galloway even noted Buck's behavior in his column today. Nobody here is "whining" or "blaming announcers" - just noting something that was strange and giving a link in case somebody wanted to leave feedback. Some of the responses I just read were ridiculous. It was just a link. If you don't want to use it - don't. No need for name-calling BS.
