I'm sorry you are going through this, and it is okay to be emotional in times like this. I hope your dad pulls through.
 
I'm sitting in my 92 f-150 in the parking lot, looks like I'll be here all night, snuck out for a smoke and a sip or two from my flask I keep behind my seat. Not looking good, but I'm hanging in there, that's what Dad deserves, thank you all so much for your posts, and being so kind. You guys and gals are even more supportive than I ever imagined, Cowboys fans...we stick together, I'll keep you up to date. Much love to everyone here.

Quick update before my phone stops working. I lost my dad this morning around 6 am...he fought like hell, just like he taught me to. This is tough, but reading your replies honestly brought me to tears, not used to so much support...my Cowboys family is amazing, that's you guys. Thanks you guys and beautiful gals.

May he rest in peace. I lost my mom almost four years ago, I feel her everyday. It'll be hard at first, just keep the good memories with you and talk to him when you need him, he will be listening. God bless you and your family.
 
I'm back to this message board, it's been over 24 hours, think im still numb but for now talking to you folks, about life and my favorite and only team is a good idea. You guys are amazing for being so supportive of someone you don't even know. Don't think that's lost on me. Let's Go Cowboys.
