I am as pissed as can be, but I'm getting used to this **** by now. I'm looking on teh bright side, and if we can beat Arizona, we will be at 5-3 for the bye. Honestly, that's about where I had us, 6-2 just seemed to good to be true. This is not gonna be a fun week until next sunday.

We play the Cardinals next week. A team we SHOULD beat but as in the past will this just be another typical mental let down by a Bill Parcells coached team?

I don't know.....

Sure, we'll be ticked.

But I don't know about how we'll respond.

I hope you are right. But Fitzgerald and Boldin are much better WR's than what we saw today. We gotta get to the QB whichever one it is Denny puts in there.

I think it just depends on our OTs.

People can blame the coaches, the D and so on...but if bledsoe has time and we have a decent running game, we can win.

If bledsoe does not have time than he will be the same as tonight.

Our defense has held more then it's fair share IMO, and doing better, earlier then I would have thought at the start of the season with so many new faces and the schemes.

But it is not good enough to be a Balitmore ravens and carry the team to victories all the time like the ravens did in it's superbowl run.

Those OTs will make or break us this year....Bledsoe will only be as good as our Oline lets him be.

Coming to Texas Stadium to play a pissed off team.

Don't feel sorry for them.

I have a prediciton.

Dallas will have 400 yards of total offense...
but the game will STILL come down to the last seconds...

2 minutes left, game will be tied 7-7...

Dallas has the ball first and goal at the 6.

1st down - run... 4 yard gain.
2nd down - run stuffed for 2 yard loss.
3rd down - run... stuffed for no gain.

Cortez misses field goal.

Arizona drives the entire field in 1 minute on 2 plays,
scores the TD - wins the game with .01 left on the clock.

Bill puches Zimmer this time.

Everytime someone feels sorry for someone, they come back to bite you in the butt.

For example....someone on here began feeling sorry for Brunell....he came back and beat us.

I won't feel comfortable against the Cardinals unless we have a 22 point lead with 2 minutes left. Their WR corps is too good to begin feeling sorry for.

Lets see they are 3rd in the NFL in total offense. They are right infront of Dallas is passing D and not too far behind in total D. This is no gimme.

the Card's Oline is atrocious, they have no running game, their D isn't much better, we'll win

I agree that our OTs will make or break our season. They dictate what Bledsoe can do and how many receivers can go out in pattern and they need to seal off ends for runs to be effective.
We bet we'll be drafting OT this coming draft with our 1st pick. It's too much of a glaring need even if FA comes back completely healthy. Pettiti is too much of an unknown to bet your future. If he pans out, great....but too much buts

I'm certain the Cardinals are peeing themselves wondering how they'll deal with being down 13-10 come the two-minute warning next week.

did we say that about 49ers?

This team can't take anyone for granted! We also need to face B Berry....hell, he may get 5 sacks when he faces the likes of Tucker and Pettiti.

Arizona will hang with us. Bledsoe needs protection to be effective. If he becomes gunshy, look out. This could turn into a long season.

I fully expect next weeks game to come down to the wire. Why should I expect anything different from this team and coaching staff?

Other than the Philly game, which looks like an aberration at this point, what has this team done to inspire confidence in the fans to overlook any NFL opponent???? Are you serious??? The last time we had an "easy game" coming off a tough loss(Skins game), we were dangerously close to losing to San Fran by 10+ points.

Who knows...we may blow 'em out. But it could very easily be a close game. The fact that Arizona has two speed rushers on the edge(Okefor and Bert Barry) will limit what we can do offensively. Like I said, not having a confident Bledsoe in the pocket changes everything. Bledsoe deserves credit for playing well early but that gets thrown out the window, fairly or not. He's simply a different player under these current conditions.

I wish McCown wasn't starting. What this team needs is a good serving of Kurt Warner. Our defense would have 5 sacks, 5 picks minimum with him in the game.
