Cowboys Jones, Bennett to appear in McAllen on Saturday

McALLEN - Dallas Cowboys running back Felix Jones and tight end Martellus Bennett will be signing autographs and other items for fans at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop at La Plaza Mall.

Both players will be entering their second season with the Cowboys. In six games last season Jones had 30 carries for 266 yards and three touchdowns and two receptions for 10 yards. Jones, the team's first-round pick out of the University of Arkansas last season, also returned a kickoff 98 yards for a score against the Philadelphia Eagles. Jones' autograph will cost $45.

Bennett, meanwhile, was Dallas' second-round draft choice out of Texas A&M in 2008. He had 20 receptions for 283 yards and four TDs last season. Bennett's autograph can be had for $25.

It isn't the first time I have heard of it, but why does Felix go for $45.00 while Bennett goes for $25.00? I know Felix was a first round pic, but dang.
