Where do you feel Felix Jones will go in the draft? Obviously first round but what pick? Our first pick is number 22 will he be gone? Would you be willing to trade up to say 16 if needed?

Give me your thoughts guys

I think he'll go low first at the very highest to second.

He's pretty small and IMO not a full-time back at all.

Saw last week that even Ray Rice was projected as a mid-low second to third. I can't see why Felix would go higher than that.

I like Felix a ton, but I think he's definitely a complementary kind of back.

Small? isnt he like 6 foot 200 pounds? could he gain 10 pounds without losing speed?

Definite a compliment type guy and a good one to MB3 IMO

He might be listed at 6-0, 200, but I think both of those are fudged. I bet he's more like 5-10, 190.

Just in watching him a lot, he's a broken-field runner who rarely runs inside... Or when he does, he doesn't get much.

Again, not that I wouldn't love to have him, because he'd really be a good scatback complement to Barber -- like Julius, only hopefully tougher. I just don't think his value will be that great. Arkansas has had some guys similar to him who didn't get drafted very high.

With all the backs coming out we should be able to grab him at #28, if not him I like Stewart and Smith.

He should be there for the taking at 22. And I have to think Jerry will do so. His return game will enhance his value wherever he goes. I've never seen him return punts by why not? He would be an upgrade over "fair catch" Crayton.

I haven't seen all that many, honestly. I saw a lot of Arkansas because I went there my freshman year and McFadden is my favorite player in years.

I try not to be too big of a wise guy on players I haven't personally seen much of, but I like Stewart from Oregon. I kind of like those relatively shorter, thicker backs that can take and give out the pounding, as long as they still have some speed.

But all around the league you see good backs who weren't taken high. If Barber is going to be our feature back, and I think he is, then we don't need to use a high pick on a RB to spell him. (Though I do love the RB position and would like to have two really good ones. :))

Dallas may be able to trade down a few spots and still get Felix Jones. ;)

There are going to be a few backs available for Dallas to draft without having to trade up.

I think we have to draft a starting rb. I don't think barber can be a full time back with the way he runs

Then let's get it done... but if he's a bust, we're comin' after you CL...

Dont really like the idea of trading up.

I went on record in the past saying I want Felix Jones and DeSean Jackson. Well scratch that. Barber is our guy. We dont need a first round draft pick to spell him. We can get a guy in the 4th to spell Barber (which is where we got Barber, to spell Jones)

We need a cornerback and a wide receiver. If we dont hit these two positions with our first two picks, I'm going to do some serious head scratching.

I like Jones, but I think if a CB is rates similarly we have to go there. This draft should be loaded with RBs.

My dream scenario would involve keeping our pick at 22, getting the top corner available (if the value is right), trade the 2nd #1 for Roy Willams (note the word "dream") to get a future #1 in the mold of a Irvin (catches with hands, uses his body) and then pick up a RB in the 2nd. Of course I'd love Jonathan Steward but I imagine he's a pick in the teens.

Myself I like Jones and think he would be a good backup to Barber. In my view I think Dallas needs to look CB, RB and WR in day 1 of the draft which player and what pick will be determined by who is still on the board at that time.

McFadden, R. Mendenhall, F. Jones, R. Rice, C. Johnson, J Stewart, K Smith, S Slaton, M Hart.

Im sure one will be there at 22 or 29 Im all for taking a L McKelvin from Troy or Jenkins from USF or Antoine Cason. It all depends how the players come off the board of course, but I could see use picking up a solid player at either position at either spot.

Last year there were 2 Rb's and 3 Cb's taken in the first round. 4 Rb and 4 Cb in 06 which was deeper at those to positions. But still take away any four of those RB's and there are still some their I would not mind at all. The same as Cb this year.

You trade down for Felix. You trade up for Stewart. For the second consecutive year I am fully in support of a RB in the first.

Jones is on record saying that he wants a WOW player. Wade is on record saying that WR in the first is a BAD idea which I agree with wholeheartedly. Were stocked on TE so that leaves one position for a WOW player and since McFadden is a pipe dream I am fully on the Stewart bandwagon.

I like him and would love to grab him with the 2nd of our first pick. Sporting News was commenting on him that he has all of the tools to become a very good back and some might think he will be better than McFadden. Reported that he is a tough inside runner with breakaway speed and can catch the ball. Also is a very good return man. He will definitely be an upgrade over JJ. I would love to draft a CB with our 1 first round and then jones.

I think we could easily see the two Razorback RBs go like Ronnie Brown and Carnell Williams went a few years ago.

I firmly believe Jones has the potential to move way up based on his workout results. Dallas would be very fortunate to have a shot at him in the twenties.
