F. Jones held out

Felix Jones was held out of Monday's morning practice with stiffness in his big toe. It's the same toe that put him on IR last year and required surgery.

Jones said no big deal, though. He said he's feeling fine and that he plans to practice this afternoon.

At any rate, it is something to keep an eye on. Felix is going to be a big part of the offense this season, so his health is critical.

Im not that close to the situation obviously but as an outsider I wish they would give him the rest of the day off just in case.

Stiff Toe?

Won't be long before someone sits because of a broken nail.

Toes are kind of important for running backs.

It's sort of like a road ***** with chapped lips.

They can both work through it, but not at their best. :D

Pretty important to a lot of position since it greatly affects your ability to run.

Hey Felix, is that a stiff toe in your shoe, or are you just happy to see me?

He needs to be cut so we can get someone who isn't always injured.

According to Timmuh's blog Felix is practicing this afternoon and by the sounds of things looks like he is running fine.

Can't wait for Felix to put up 1,000 plus yards rushing and double digit TDs.

We need Julius back. He would go down with a shoestring tackle, but the he was tough.
