Just a quick question.

With Fergy having a torn bicep, does that automatically make him out for the season?

Now the only reason that I ask this is because Norton did play with his. Was Nortons not as bad? And although they play different spots, could it be possible that Fergy could play?

And even so, I bet that would be extremely painful.:

Defensive linemen have to use their hands so much against 330 pounders, I dont' see how it would be possible. He would get thrown around like a ragdoll since he would have almost no strength in one of his arms. Face it, Ferguson basically has 60+ mini-wrestling matches each game. Hard to do with one arm.

He's pretty much done. Depending on the severity, you may be in a robot-like cast that limits movement for one-two months and you can't lift anything for another three months or you'll harm the soft tissue that eventually comes back around your tendons. As such, it would take a while for that arm to become strong again even after that period - not good for someone who uses arm strength every play in the game.

He won't be back this year.
