FIFA 15 Question

I have FIFA 15 for my Xbox 360 and love it. I'm in manager mode where I control my own team and the players.

I'm currently in the English Football 2 League, on my third team in the middle of a season because I keep getting fired for bad behavior and outbursts. How is that? I can't control that aspect. Am I doing something wrong or is this just part of it?

My goal is to get asked to coach the US National team or get an offer to coach in one of the bigger leagues, La Liga, Bundesliga, Premier League.

That's second-hand information btw, I don't have the game. But if you Google it there are similar issues on the EA forums and stuff as well.
