This draft will be remembered for all the QB's that are going to be taken in the 1st round, teams are going to go into a trade frenzy tomorrow night. I will be shocked if Darnold doesn't go #1 to the Browns.

The draft will get interesting when the Giants get on the clock, I still think they trade down and try to acquire more picks, but if they don't...I don't see them taking a QB...more than likely Barkley or Chubb.

Jets will have a hard decision between Mayfield, Rosen, and Allen, if they take Mayfield they are stupid.

It looks like a lock that Derwin James goes #7 to the Bucs.

I have in the past predicted that Courtland Sutton will be wearing a star, and I still stand by that, but I don't think it will be in Round 1, I think its a no-brainer if we can land him in the 2nd.

As for pick #19...Honestly, I hate this pick...its kinda in no man's land....it seems the best players will be gone before the 15th pick, and all the rest are all pretty equal and blah. Ideally, if Jackson falls to us we might get a call or 2 for a trade other than that we will be stuck at 19....I feel the best value will be OL at that spot....I'm not interested in LVE at all due to medical concerns. OG is still a huge need and can be addressed once and for all here.

I doubt we will make a trade with Seattle, not so much because of the pick, but SJ is a stingy SOB, and he isn't going to want to pay 10 plus million a year for Thomas.

Last but not least I can't wait till tomorrow night is over...I can't watch any more of the media hype on Barkley, Rosen, Allen etc etc I'm so tired of seeing them and reading about them.

LVE's medical concerns have been debunked

whatever we take, it better be a player thats ready to play. i dont expect us to do the smart thing, but breathing technically is living.

I agree with you that OL may be the best value at 19. I think Dallas must go best value available in the first round. I cannot think of a position, other than RB, where they cannot improve themselves with their first pick. Even if one the the top QBs should fall to them, it would not be a bad idea to take a QB and potentially parlay him into an early 1st round pick in 2019 - like what they did with Steve Walsh. What they need are players better than what they have.

My fear is they will reach for a WR but I hope I am wrong.

Rumors are fairly strong about LVE at 19. Its a strong need. My positives about it are he'll back up and get tutored by the best.
Then step in when Lee is injured and he will be.I know about you dont draft a back up in the first.

If Vea gets to 13 I wouldn’t be shocked if a trade up is attempted.

Also in that mix: Minkah, Roquan, Edmunds and Derwin.

They aren’t going to mortgage the farm but they probably would be ok giving up their 3rd for a true stud.

But it’s hard to see those guys getting to 13. Lamar Jackson HAS to go early.

5 QBs
Nelson
Chubb
Barkley
Ward

I’m confident 8 of them are gone in first 10 picks.

Will be watching the war room cam to see if they start making/taking calls early ...

Every year I get excited about the draft and then after the Cowboys make thier 1st round pick I'm always dissappointed.
