This is my final mock draft before the real event. In my 1st ones, I've tried to stay away from dealing with any potential trades, but in this one I'll go over what I would try to do. Here are the 1st editions:

I'm starting to believe that we won't be making a selection on Thursday night. The O-Lineman that I think we're looking at, will most likely all be gone. We will be left with options such as Alualu, Allen, Mays and maybe McCourty. I also think some surprises may be there. I would take any of those names with the 27th pick(except Mays), but I think this is where a team wanting to get their choice of 2nd round worthy QB's moves up to guarantee they get their guy. This is where teams like Cleveland, Oakland, Buffalo, Denver and New England, will be trying to package some picks to get back into the 1st rd. I also think we move Marty B and Spears. So without further adu, here are my picks:
-Trade 1(27) to New England for New England's 2(44) and 2(53)-- They do this because they want Tebow, and have to get in front of Buffalo. They'll still have a 2nd rounder left.
-Trade Marty B to Cincy for 2(54)-- They do this becuz I think they pass on Gresham in the 1st to fill another hole.
-Trade Spears to Rams for 4(99)-- They get a solid young vet for the DL, to put beside Long, after trading away Carriker.
2(44 from NE) Tyson Alualu DT, Cal, (6'3, 300) A guy we would consider taking at 27, drops into our laps at 44. High motor, already has played DE in 3-4. He'll be what we thought we would be getting out of Spears.
2(53 from NE) Jared Veldheer OT, Hillsdale College, (6'8, 312) Athletic, big OT can be groomed to take over at RT if Free works out at LT or LT if he doesn't. Perfect swingman OT.
2(54 from Cincy) Morgan Burnett FS, Georgia Tech, (6'2 210) Playmaker, centerfield type safety. Can also help in return game.
2(59) Jordan Shipley WR, Texas, (5'11, 193) I know this early for Shipley, but becuz this will be our 4th pick in the round, I consider it a luxury well worth indulging in. Slot WR, return man, and Romo doesn't have to hold for FG's and extra points anymore.
3(90) Brandon Spikes, ILB, Florida, (6'3, 250) We have potential replacements for Brookings LB spot in Carpenter, Williams, and Hodge. We need someone to groom to take over James' spot.
4(99 from StL) J.D Walton, C/OG, Baylor, (6'3, 300) Versatile inside lineman. Immediate upgrade over Proctor. Tough, mauler type
4(125) Kevin Thomas, CB, USC, (6', 192) Solid all around corner, can provide quality depth and may develop into starter worthy talent.
6(196) Andrew Quarless, TE, Penn St., (6'5, 254) I knew I wanted a TE with this pick after trading Marty B, but didn't know what kind. Blocking? I had the TE from Illinois in mind. Receiving? Graham from Wisconsin. Athletic potential? TE from Houston. I settled on Quarless becuz he seemed to have the best mix of all 3 areas.
7(234) Jameson Konz, FB, Kent State, (6'4, 234) This is my pet cat for the year. Will need some coaching as he played TE and LB in college, but all that tells me is that he has some nice hands and he's not afraid to stick his nose into the mix. He may be a poor man's Dorin Dickerson, he did outperform all of Dickerson's numbers at his pro day.
