Final Score week 9

Packers 42

Cowboys 0

Pack call off the dogs in the 3rd quarter and play backups.

I look at this as a must win cause the next two games after that I dont see the packers winning at all. I hope the Cardinals and Bills can help us out earlier sunday.

Or if we lose then were in trouble. I can see the winner of the NFC North going 8-8. Heck the way the LIons have been playing they could sneak up on us.

Not to worry. The Cowboys have proven to be an easy out for most all teams they play this season.

Hoping for a good, competitive game with no injuries to either team.

We have the Vikings and Falcons on the road after this game. Those might be two easy losses. I surely dont expect this team to win those games if they cant win sunday night. I hope for a miracle though.

Just score first and we will panic and abandon the running game.

Doesnt even have to be a TD, just kick a FG and go up 3-0 and our offensive coordinator will have a panic attack and start calling shotgun plays every down.

The last 2 weeks, we have run the ball 6 times in the 2nd half. That is not 6 times per game, that is 6 times COMBINED!!!

Do not worry. Our team is soft and cuddly, like our head coach. You guys will be able to run and pass on our defense all day long.

This season guys we beat Philly on the road which was a very impressive win IMO. We knocked out Kolb and Vick came in and led to a furious rally but we held on to win 27-20 by stuffing them on 4th and 1. We blew out the Bills at home. We lost to Chicago 20-17 in a game we should have easily won if it werent for penalties. We blew a 13-3 lead in Fed ex field against the Skins and lost in overtime 19-16. Miami outplayed us though and should have won by more even though they beat us in overtime in lambeau as well. Lions outplayed us and lost 28-26 on our field. I never expected to beat the Vikings and Jets and we did which was two amazing wins back to back. The Viking game we had almost 200 yards of offense by the end of the first quarter but not sure what we ended up with total. Our defense won us that game as well as last week shutting out the Jets in their stadium. IMO we should have won the Chicago game but lost the Lions game. I told my Lion fan friends I think they will beat us this year in ford field.

This team continues to amaze me in negative ways (and I'm generally a pessimist), but I can't picture GB blowing Dallas out unless Dallas has a lot of turnovers (which is very possible). Otherwise, I can't imagine the scoreboard being as lopsided as other fans are predicting if this D has any semblance of testicles.

That is the problem. The D takes it lead from a big walking marshmallow of a man.

You guys in your honest opinion think we can go far this season? I wanna hear it from a Cowboy's fan perspective.

I had you guys going to the Super Bowl, preseason, but now I thnk it will be the giants representing the NFC, which is going to make me.........:puke:

I think the NFC is pretty poor this year. You guys have as good a shot as anyone else.

I think the Giants are the best team in the NFC currently though.

I say watch out for the Saints. If they get hot again then I fear them the most. The Giants pass rush is their main strength so thats why I fear them. The Eagles are scary cause of Vick but we will see what they do against Indy. I honestly fear the Vikings if Rice comes back and they win this sunday. That could spark that team so we better hope they drop a few more games. I dont fear anyone in the NFC west. The Bucs are overrated and the Falcons are overrated but will be tough to beat in a few weeks for us.

Ugh...I have zero faith in this defense at this point. They've all, pretty much anyway, given up entirely and aren't into it anymore.

I'll be pleasantly surprised if we hold them under 40 points.

45-28 Packers

I think injuries is what is going to keep you from playing for a championship this year. In all honesty, I think the Giants and Saints are both better, due to your injuries.

If you were healthy, I would list your team as one of the best in the NFL.

We are winning 28-20 with 10 minutes left, but a turnover allows Packer to eventually come back to take 30-28 lead. Buehler nails 45 yarder in final seconds, but we get penalty for a false start He tries a 50 yarder that is not even close. game ends, we lose..more draft threads emerge....
Sweet ******, I can see that nightmare with my waking eyes...

Yeah honestly Im just hoping to win a playoff game. Last seasons playoff game was a heartwrencher. If Rodgers doesnt put that much heat on the ball then we win that game but we get blasted by the Saints anyway in New Orleans.

This is the first time I've picked against them all year, which probably means we'll win.
