Finally a kid I had made it to the NFL

Well, for a minute at least. We live in a very small town in Morganton NC. I coached him when we was in the 5th 6th grade. Highschool was a joke for him,. he did what he wanted on the field.


Funny how that "Big Fish" in a small bowl narrows down so quickly. He went to Alabama and then To Florida central. 7TDs in the last two years and he has had some injuries and Covid 19.

He signed Saturday night as a UDFA for the Seahawks. (BJ Emmons) WE have only had one other NFL Player and Parcells had him on that good Jets team back in the day. Leon Johnson RB

Congrats and best of luck to the young man. So far James Jones (WR Packers) is the only kid I coached (1 year in high school) who made it to the show. Since my wife probably won't let me coach anymore that's probably going to be it for me.
