This defense didn't either Rico Dowdle for 5 , Rico Dowdle for 7 , Rico Dowdle for 9. Dallas is getting run on the whole game should the defensive coordinator makes some in game adjustments. Not Eberflus , a good defensive coordinator would have two big tackles in the middle of the line on each side of the center, and have the linebackers closer to the line of scrimmage. Carolina had it easy running the football today, The Defensive coordinator lost this game, if Ol Jerry doesn't fire Eberflus this season is a wrap.

Dallas needs a big athletic enforcer type Middle Linebacker to help stop the run. They don't have one this season, Dallas needs to pick one high in April if they want to win in this league. And you are right when you say this defense is soft it is charmin toilet paper soft. Dallas defenders just flat out could not tackle, if you could watch this stinker of a game again, you would see several tackles for loss that Dallas defenders whiffed on as well.
