We have no one to replace Garrett with so we can keep him, but we need someone new calling plays. I could do it better than he could now, even the announcers were calling him out for how predictable he is. I think part of the problem is he doesn't get that Romo isn't the one executing the plays anymore. Whatever it is we need someone new calling plays now.
 
This is Garrett's offense, built by Stephen/Jerry's philosophy to copy an outdated NFL formula that worked in 1992. No new OC will have the freedom to completely change the system to what it needs to be. They will still have to run Garrett's playbook

After this year for sure, but who are you going to replace him with now? No good college coach is going to leave their team midseason for this train wreck. Ditto for any coordinator. We can find a new offensive coordinator somewhere, but a new head coach, I just don't see it.

Then we give them that freedom. But it doesn't seem to be the playbook that is the problem. The plays are working, it's the calling them that is so pathetic.
 
The only way this offense works if if the qb goes off the reservation....
 
Do the Cleveland move.....take JG with him.

Not a single point in the second half. This joke of an offense is pathetic. It is led by a disastor at QB and OC. The team is led by a joke of a HC and the grand master Poohbah of them all is JERRY THE BUTT CLOWN JONES.

Jerry has figured out how to kick us all when we are down by trading away next years hope for a WR. Lol. The irony is that anyone with a brain can see the issue is at QB not WR. Hahaha.

Since Dak has started, linehan has called a different offense. Much shorter typically high % passes. This is not romo's type of offense. Dak can not complete passes needed to open up defenses. Fire linehan then bench Dak.
