Fire Mike McCarthy

It’s the new “we like our guys”.
This is the same fan base that thought we would be better without any good receivers because Sanjay Lal would coach up our ****** receivers.

Or that Marinelli sucks and Richard would fix the defense.

Or that RIchard sucks too and at least Nolan would create more turnovers.

They're just completely delusional. It's just based on faith and hope instead of any kind of rational thinking. Now it's that McCarthy needs a couple years to fix the culture problems created by Jason Garrett.

You don’t fire a head coach four games into his first season especially a season with shortened training camp.

that’s what a overeactionary fan does.

that’s not what a professional football executive does because it’s dumb. MM might not be the man for the job but there needs to be a lot more fleshing out to happen before that’s determined.

We played this card. You have to give a head coach time to instill his mark on the culture and the team chemistry.

Bottom line is that Jerry is, and willl always be as long as he’s GM, the main problem with Dallas.

After these last 3 games I would've fired Nolan halfway through the 3rd quarter.
Each week this McCarthy hire is looking worse and worse. Assuming he'll finish the year and hopefully that's it.

There is no plan for this team.

Unless it's just go out there, air it out, hope for the best.

And the defense, it's an absolute joke.

Fire McCarthy. He's no head coach.
:muttley: Let's un-bury Vince Lombardi you know Zombie coach....you think????

Fire Switzer !
Fire Gailey !
Fire Campo !
Fire Parcells !
Fire Philips !
Fire Garrett !
Fire McCarty !

What's the ****** difference? Hasn't this been enough?

The bottom line is Jerry Jones. What's another HC going to do? Same as all the others before him under Jerry Jones ... NOTHING !!!
Fully agreed.

But until we all stop paying attention nothing will change.

Apparently plenty of you cant resist buying the merchandise.

So you don't think McCarthy should be allowed to bring in his own players? Or at the very minimum get a full offseason and preseason

He should definitely be allowed those things, but you have to admit some really REALLY stupid calls in 4 games. It's truly unbelievable. I would've never have guessed, some coaching decisions have just been horrendous!

I was seriously scratching my head on the squib kick. Has MM said anything regarding that yet?

McCarthy developed Rodgers.

Take a poll on that one, lol.

Rodgers was supposed to be the #1 pick in the draft.

If we're going by that logic, Jason Garrett developed Dak Prescott, a 4th rounder no one wanted.

superbowl winning head coach , but is not good enough for the jones family .

interesting .
He won a SB a decade ago and with one of the best quarterbacks in the last 20 years playing the best football of his life. If McCarthy brought in Mike Nolan he deserves to be fired.

I've been asking this question for a while now and none of you seem to have an answer.

The Cowboys are running the same offense right now they ran under Garrett and Moore. That offense is leading the NFL in yards.

The rest of the team is a dumpster fire.

So can someone explain to me why Mike McCarthy was hired as a head coach? His only qualification was being the play caller for Aaron Rodgers and his old QB/team are doing a lot better without him.

It's the same question I had about JG for a decade. He doesnt call the plays on offense. He knows nothing about defense. He knows nothing about special teams. He's been criticized his entire career for being predictable and conservative.

Name one thing he brings.
I can explain.

Because Jerry got sold yet again. Maybe he could continue his whole face of franchise, radio show, yet thinking he could secretly keep his next handpicked puppet.....

That's all this was.

We got set back years that night.

Who would you have liked them to bring in outside of MM? I honestly didn’t have a preference because Jerry is still going to be here

Yep exactly. Let him bring in "his guys" for "his scheme" just in time to realize thats no good, so we can hire someone else that needs years to bring in their own guys....rinse, repeat..

It all adds up to an awfully run organization. Period.

I'm just saying let's not wait 5 years before realizing this guy is worthless, but that's not the Jerry way.

Its be stubborn and not admit mistakes.

If we end the season 1-15 to 3-15, I'd absolutely fire him. We CANNOT have another Garrett situation where they refuse to move on.

But that’s how it’s done...

No franchise, if they want to be successful, is going to fire a first year head coach four games into a season with a shortened training camp to boot.

No franchise is going to do that.

Nolan might get fired though lol

It was a rebound thing.

He had to part w his perfect puppet and he was emotional.

Anyone can see this.

Jerry got sold yet again

After a season there at least would be some hard empirical data to debate about.

four games in?

nah...
