MM is getting canned anyways..he should go out with 2 fingers up in the air towards the owners box...hell he might get fired after a win which would truly show how Narc our owner/GM really is.

The players have no respect for the coaches. That's why Zeke ran to Jerry about not getting the ball enough. There is no pecking order other than Jerry and than everyone else. I blame Jerry for signing Dak but I blame Dak for thinking he is all that and deserves what he is getting paid. I hate the fact that the QB position is commanding the next guy up makes more than the last guy signed. That's the only position in the NFL that pays mediocre like they are elite.

Agreed about players bypassing the hc to complain to Jerry. That might be the single most crippling effect Jerry has on the team constantly undermining his hc.

Regarding Dak, I think he is like any other top 15 QB in that he just wants his money, whatever the market pays. Like Romo, Dak is on a team whose owner and GM meddle in everything including head coaching. That's why we ain't winning win a new "insert hc name here" because Jerry's micromanagement cripples how an NFL hc and team are supposed to operate.
