Some 5 weeks before the draft and still a lot of movement of who is going where. Also some movement of players probably falling out of the 1st or at least to bottom of 1st and then the QBs where it appears we will have 3 of them going in the top ten and good chance 2 more go late 1st even though, for me, all of them should be 2nd round picks or later.

A lot of ways Dallas can go depending on how the board falls and none of those really know what the coaches feel about what the top needs are or how they have ranked the players but unless a guy like Jenty or Carter or Hunter or Graham fall unexpectedly then everything appears on the table.

I do think Dallas will draft a QB but not until Day 3 of the draft.

I think Tennessee trades down with NY Giants for #1, #34 and 1st in 2026 and drafts Cam Ward QB Miami.

Also, Cleveland trades down with Las Vegas for #2, #37 and 1st in 2026 and drafts Shedeur Sanders QB Colorado.

Tennessee takes Abdul Carter Edge Penn State at #3

New England takes Tetairoa McMillan WR Arizona at #4

Jacksonville takes Tyler Warren TE Penn State at #5

Pittsburgh trades #21, #175 and 1st in 2026 for Cleveland's #6 and Steelers take Jaxson Dart QB Miss

12. Trade. Even though Jeanty has fallen to #12, Cleveland offers Dallas #21, #33 and #104 for #12 and takes Jeanty RB Boise St.

21. Trade. Tennessee is has to fill the QB spot as Levis just isn't the guy. Tennessee offers Dallas #35, #103 and 1st and 3rd in 2026 for #21 and take Jalen Milroe QB Alabama.

Why would Dallas take out of the 1st, two reasons, one really only 5 blue chippers in the draft and believe they have grades that are close on the next 25/30 players, and two Jeanty may be a blue chipper but the offer of the 1st in in 2026 will sway them to make the deal.

33. TreVeyon Henderson RB Ohio St - great speed, can turn any play into a homerun, good pass protector, follows blocks well, some durability concerns but with current RBs should be no problem, very good pass catcher and can split out wide.

35. Trade. New Orleans will to overpay to move from #40 to #35 for a QB. Dallas gets #40 and # 71 for #35. New Orleans takes Quinn Ewers QB Texas.

40. Tyleik Williams DT Ohio St. - big man just reaching his potential, high motor, great DT run stopper, comes to play every down, nasty demeanor like Jones in KC, tends to walk back the OC into the QB

44. Jayden Higgins WR Iowa St. - great pass catcher, faster than he is timed, knows how to get open, rarely drops a ball thrown to him, can play X, Z and slot, natural athlete in helping the QB, a Tee Higgins type guy

Dallas trades back into 2nd round for a guy with an injury that probably falls quite a bit since probably starts the season on PUP list. Dallas trades #71 and #104 to Houston for #58

58. Jihaad Campbell LB Alabama - can play the all the LB spots, great speed, great tackler, exceptional pass rusher with power and speed, could be Cowboys next great middle LB

76. Trade with Miami, Miami gets #76, Dallas gets #99, #116, and #135

99. Charles Grant OT/OG William&Mary - former wrestler, strong, can play both OT or OG spots, quick, fast, great balance, doesn't get beat, extremely smart in knowing what to do in all situations, should start at RG for 10 years

103. Azareye'h Thomas CB Florida St. - could go as high as late 1st or 2nd round but seems to be a lot of controversy about his love for football and the work it takes, right coach can make him a very good starter. If not him then Zak Frazier UTSA

116. Bradyn Swinson DE Texas - great rotation piece at DE, potential to be a starter

135. Riley Leonard QB Notre Dame - great athlete, good passer, good runner, smart player, easily be #2 behind Dak

149. Deone Walker DT Kentucky - massive man, needs good coaching but great rotation at DT

171. Kevin Winston Jr. S Penn St. - great against the run and decent cover guy especially against TE

174. Luke Lacey TE Iowa - underrated kid, catches everything thrown at him, good blocker, smart player

204. Dont'e Thornton Jr. WR Tennessee - a project with great speed, hands, wins every jump ball, exceptional height

211. Jayden Blue RB Texas - kid with all the speed in the world, could also return kickoffs

239. Nick Martin LB/S Oklahoma St. - best special teams guy since Bates

247. Jalen Travis OT Iowa St. - a project but could be a great RT down the line
