How do you capture the high def pictures from the TV

you probably need a HD tuner graphic card for the PC and some sort of HDMI splitter.

Bingo. I use Pinnacle PCTV ... when it's working. Piece of crap most of the time.

HD is great, can't live without it. Once you get HD you'll notice CBS and NBC have the absolute worst HD feeds. Those are FOX HD shots, and their feeds are usually top notch.

hehe, I been wanting to take HD pics too but it could be costly with my current PC. Your pictures are nice, could be nicer though if JPEG compression was higher ;)

Yeah, I switched to CBS to see the Jets game and noticed a big difference. Wish they'd get their act together.

I feel the opposite...CBS and NBC are 1080i, fox is 720p. Those 2 networks look much better for me. I also think their image is compressed too.

Maybe because I'm watching on a computer, not a TV.

Interesting. I've read all television HD broadcasts max at 720p currently. I figured Fox was the only network maximizing the bandwidth.

I watch on a 50 inch DLP screen and I've noticed it. Maybe the feeds vary based on demographic.
