First KO return since 2008?

Lucky Whitehead had one a few years back but I think it was in pre-season

Yeah it was against the Rams. I was at that game.

Dwayne Harris had a few close calls. But most of his work was done on punts.

That's awesome! It's mind boggling they haven't had a kickoff return in that long a time. Switzer had a few nice returns in 2017 as well.

It was so nice watching Cee Dee Lamb run that back for a TD. I'm sure every eagal fan loved it also. :lmao2:

And it was only like, what 20 or 30 yards? What a joke. I’ve seen teams run it back from the 20/30/40 yard line and back. Dallas is the king of embarrassing metrics.

It was a great return, but from the 50 after an onside is a little easier to pull off since they changed all the kick off rules. It doesn't surprise me it's been that long.

Anybody know on average how many kos are run back for tds annually?

We haven't had a KO return since the '08 MNF game vs the Eagles. How insane is that? That feels like a lifetime ago.

Technically a KO return for a TD but not like we returned a actual KO

It was cool but the return had zero impact on the outcome of the game. Kind of a waste if you ask me

Had to do it on an onside kick to boot. Pathetic if you ask me.

It so pretty cool to see a Cowboys FINALLY do that again. Lots of hooping and hollering at my home.

Great pick and will be a great player for the Cowboys for a long long time.

Forget tanking. THE COWBOYS WON!
