The first Deadly mistake in my mind was retaining Kellen Moore.
- Next would be the hiring of McCarthy.
With the a talent we have on Offense, I’m starting to think that it’s a given that the Offense would have their moments were they look good. Even a different OC would be able to attain those numbers. With Moore we don’t have the Experience at the Offensive Coaching position that we direly need.
An example is the Screen passes we just saw. Moore would not give them up, even though they never worked but constantly costed us.
Also the fact he refused to put Pollard in! Zeke was having a terrible night. So Pollard should get more action to try and make up for it. But what does Moore do? He continues to try and force Zeke to get right.
Then the Bootleg... How is Dallas the only team that can’t run the Bootleg correctly?! Teams kill us with it, but we can’t even manage to execute the play smoothly.
McCarthy McCarthy... I didn’t like the signing initially but grew to accept it. I always thought we needed someone who could be innovative and bring in a new Dimension that we didn’t have.
McCarthy is old and his Schemes are old. That’s one of the reasons that Green Bay let him go for someone way younger! The only time that signing a Head Coach with the years that McCarthy has to a new team has worked out. Is with Andy Reid.
This is a Different Era of Football! We need to treat it as such! Jerry is stuck in the past and it is destroying us!
There is no Excuse that makes the play we have seen on the field acceptable.
This may be the Sloppiest Cowboy Team I’ve ever seen!!
1,200 Yards given up in first 3Weeks
9 Touchdowns given up through the Air in 2Games
4Fumbles in 1st Quarter of a game
And those are only a couple things. Theirs plenty more just from 12Quarters of GameTime.
