1) Harold Landry 6-3/250 DE Boston College: 15 sacks, 20.5 TFL's and an even more impressive #.....7 FF's. Just what the doctor ordered off the weak side.

2) Cooper Kupp 6-2/215 WR EWU: Route runner with hands. May not be a fit. This guy has lit up every big school he has faced. Would be a 3rd generation Cowboy.

3) Michael Roberts 6-6/270 TE Toledo: Not only is he a receiver (15 TD's year), but I've seen him block inline, from H position and from fullback spot. May be a riser in a draft full of rather not blockers.

4) Rasul Douglas 6-1/208 CB West Virginia: 8 picks this year. Will provide depth behind Mo, Scantron, and AB. Hopefully he can learn FS to backup Jones as well. Potential as future starting CB as well.

Looks good.

WR position, I think "fit" is an overrated concept. You want talent over a "fit" IMO. Yes it would be nice if a got a real speedster, but as long as the WR produces he will benefit the offense. Kupp will produce IMO

I was being sarcastic. We have 2-3 WR's who are mediocre route runners and couple with mediocre hands.

They seem to usually draft offensive weapons, offensive linemen or corners in the first round. We haven't drafted a LB since Anthony Spencer in 2007,and we haven't drafted a DE since Marcus Spears 2005, also Ware and Carpenter around those Bill Parcells days. Not saying they can't break the trend but they seem to just love offensive toy picks over the safe defensive guy. I don't think they would have picked Bosa if he was there at #4, but who knows. Not complaining since we got Zeke.
