about football, was when I watched those believe videos yesterday. They made me laugh, they made me cry, they made me believe. I might show up a tad bit late because of my mom's birthday dinner being tonight, but I promise you that the Buffalo Wild Wings down here in the small state of South Carolina will know that there is at least one true Cowboys fan in the house.
Now, I haven't been around but 18 years and my memories of Super Bowls are faint to non existent, but I was raised to love the Dallas Cowboys regardless of how they do. I supported you guys through the Quincy Carter and Chad Hutchinson era, I never thought twice during the time when I told people Drew Bledsoe was the best, and I even forced myself to drink the Vinny Testaverde Kool-Aid for way too long. The thing is, I'm sure there's 100,000+ people going to that game tonight and a few of them are on this site, I'm just begging of you that you let the Dallas Cowboys know that Donovan McNabb will have a couple tackles, a couple guards, and a center blocking for him, but Romo, he's going to have 100,000 of the loudest (don't let em down) fans ever who have his back.
Maybe I'm just some crazy kid listening to too much Pat Green wishing I was back in my home state right now, but I truly have faith in these guys. And don't you know Keith Brooking's been right all along? We're gonna hit em. We're gonna keep hittin em. They might get back up. And we're gonna hit em again!
And you know what happens when you hit somebody so much? Let's go out there and knock these guys out of the playoffs, because a few years from now I want to be hearing about how the Eagles haven't won a playoff game since 2008.
I probably sound like a dumb *** right now, but I've been sick the past couple of days and I'm running off of pure adrenaline and emotion. This is only the beginning. It's gametime boys!
Believe.
