LOL, the people who will define "Tier 2" are the two idiots in charge.

I expect nothing different than what they have done for the last 8-10 years.

They will sign slop but exaggerate how good the guys they signed were. They've gaslit this fanbase for years now, why would you assume it would suddenly stop?

It will be players close to retirement types.Players looking for a check that have seen their better days.

Hernandez played under Adams, coming off an injury so he will be cheap. Played ball at UTEP and wanted Dallas to draft him.

Unless somebody blows him away with an offer, I am 99% sure he is a Cowboy. I felt the same way with Kendricks following Zimmer.

I also think Kinlaw with the Jets is a strong possibility since we hired his DLine coach. He has had issues but last season was the best of his career.

This is something I do like about this new coach staff. As McClay mentioned, lots of new/different energy that can be helpful for free agency and draft.

Yep, if tier one is an elite player, tier two is where they ought to be looking anyway. I just have little confidence because Sonny wants everyone at a discount if you weren’t drafted by them.

I don’t expect Tee Higgins, nor think whatever available money would be best spent there, but sign a guy like Kinlaw and another that’s similar. Create some depth at DT and LB. Stop counting on kids who may not make it.

This is going to be an uphill battle the next few years and I know it, but I’m sick of getting stomped up front all the time.

Yeah & our offense immediately got better, particularly running the ball. Just like the previous year when Martin missed time.

If you are wanting prime Martin, then sure, you better be looking outside the organization.

If you are looking for a viable NFL starter, I think we have options so we can use our picks & dollars on other positions.

Big enough name for Jerry to say he made a splash in FA, but also coming off an injury year and is 32 years old so that he wont cost a ton of money either. Maybe a 2 year/$30M type of deal?

Yeah it could be upgraded but that money would be best spent elsewhere.
