By “head coach,” we of course mean the guy who stands on the sidelines and is the eventual scapegoat.

The players know who the actual HC is.

I can’t believe anyone with options would ever work here.

Count me in.

The Jets have been awful since firing Saleh, and their defense was excellent under Saleh even with Zach Wilson at QB. Woody Johnson looks like an absolute buffoon for firing him.

Defense still wins championships and Saleh fixes our defense. Not sure why anyone would be against this hire, especially if we can pair him with a better OC.

Everyone wants him gone because he isn't a good coach and has been a failure in Dallas.
He is actually a good coach he's a good head coach solid head coach no one's calling this guy elite the problem is he's been a terrible offensive coordinator so somehow we were forced to keep this guy next year somehow Jerry changes his mind it has to come with the conditions that he stays away from the offensive game plans and hires a dynamic offensive coordinator as a walk around head coach I can live with the guy being here because I don't think anything gonna change for anyone else coming here the fact is he did lead us to 36 wins two division titles and three straight playoff appearances that doesn't make you a bad coach everyone uses the boomer bust words around here as usual calling a guy bad or terrible or trash or garbage that's not the truth he's got the highest win percentage as a Dallas cowboy head coach since Landry like I think he's #2 on the list or he may be #1 I know he's in that list..

I know we want more but maybe just maybe if we're stuck with this guy they force him to get a new offensive staff and maybe he quits because of that but Mike Zimmer getting the pieces back again if this is where Jerry's heads at I'm OK with keeping Mike McCarthy as the head coach and Mike Zimmer as defensive coordinator as long as they get a whole new offensive staff ie new scheme and play caller..

"Source"...yeah right. People fall for this garbage? You really think Jerry cares enough to worry about offseason moves right now? He doesn't worry about offseason moves during the offseason. Besides, Zimmer is the next HC.

Give me Saleh with big Mike? I’m all about it. That’s a DQ type move where he can build back his reputation and get another HC job in the future.
