I think fans somehow like think how they feel is how the team and the organization feels and it's farther from the truth than people even realize it's not true it's not a distraction because we haven't had a game one yet he's not missing if this guy isn't suited up and he's missing real games in the season yes it will be a distraction and it will hurt the team...

This is just the nature of some business negotiations that have become part of the court of public opinion and it's gotten out of control online but that is not how they feel inside the locker room on the practice field or even the front office it's all posturing it's just negotiations and it's gotten ugly but it'll get resolved....

But I really think fans think of how we're feeling here is how they're feeling and I think that projection is just really weird No it's being blown up and out of proportion because of social media and streamline sports media and everyone's opinions out there by fans it seems way out of control and way matter of distraction and really it's not not the team that would be how the fans feel fans and media do not project what they think of the player And how he feels about the team it has not changed and that's all that's important..

He gets back he'll just blend right back in and it'll be business as usual it's happened on other teams all the time it's just the Cowboys get blown up five times as much and they make a bigger deal out of it than it really is....
