What I understand is There is a video out there of Randle saying Dez and Brent did worse things than he did.
Randle then proceeds to say this exact thing during practice and Witten told him to shut it up??

He's just a dumb ace and everyone knows it. But no matter what he does, he should never ever ever be cut/ or even called out. In fact, Noplayer should ever be held accountable for their acts because there is some one who has done an even more heinous act in the past.

Since he is a RB, it would be a good time to pull out the ole middle drill. Jimmy used to have backup RBs run this everyday in training camp. It's where they just have the RBs repeatedly run through the middle of the line and the defenders just pummel them over and over. Emmitt never ran the middle drill.

So let me get this straight, a guy who strikes his mother (as awful as that is) is supposed to get he same punishment as one who kills someone? Is this Randle's logic?

His logic is Dez Bryant hitting his mom is worse than him stealing some underwear, which is pretty impossible to disagree with. However, that has absolutely nothing to do with his own screw up and really shouldn't have gone there.
