Sorry for repost:
November 3

Philadelphia Daily News -- Titans coach Jeff Fisher's name has been thrown around as a possible replacement to Joe Gibbs in Washington or Bill Parcells in Dallas if either quits after the season. But the Titans hold an option on Fisher for 2007.

Fisher is my preference to succeed Bill once he retires. He's long been among my very favorite coaches.

I've been watching him even more closely than season as he deals with another year of largely cap related rebuild, and he is refusing to let 'moral decline' piggyback lack of competiveness.

AKA PacMan and Jeff's response to his act.

If Romo proves to be a great QB the rest of the season, it will be 100% that Parcells comes back unless of course we win the SB this year :D

What is the contract of Gregg Williams? Isn't a big payday for him if does not become the next head coach?

Yup. Thats right. And I hope that is what happens.

I want to see Jeff Fischer as the Commanders HC next season, but its begining to look like Tenn. will lock him up again.

Jeff Fisher would be a perfect addition to the Commanders.

A highly hyped person that has never accomplished anything in the NFL besides being a member of the 85 Bears, he will fit right in.

I'd welcome Fisher here.
His teams have perennially overachieved IMO and he seems to play to the strengths of his players. His teams also seem to always fight and play hard for him....all the way to the final gun.
I'd take that.

I DO NOT want Stoops, Nutt, or M. Brown coaching here, or any other college coach and I sure don't want Zimmer to take over, heck I don't even like Zimmer coaching our defense.

Look I love what the man has done for us in the past. But in this era he is nothing but an average coach. I prefer those coaches who get into players faces and have the balls to call someone out. Joe Gibbs is an extremely nice person and I think he should spend his old age life in his mansion relaxing. If we had a coach with guts and tough mentality, Mark Brunell would not be the starter. Gibbs is loyal to a disgusting extent with his players which I absolutely hate.
