You can rollover extra cap space into the next season.

Yup.

Browns a few years ago rolled over 56mil and the Colts pushed 49mil into the 2019 cap ceiling.

No limit on what teams can rollover.

So we’re just sitting on extra cap space until after the season? Just sign Earl to 1 year

Then how do we push the cap space we created into 2021 when we spent it on ET? Because that is what we want to do - push the capspace from 2020 into 2021 to have space for dak.

I did not know about the amount the browns and Colts rolled over. WOW!

I just wonder how teams can create so much space when there is also a lower cap which forces teams to spend at least 8x% of their cap.

Smart move. Cap likely shrinks or stays put for 2021. If they are unable to get a deal done with Prescott, they have to be able to afford the $37M franchise tag if necessary.

Yeah, but we need a general. We have enough soldiers already.
That’s the whole point, we don’t need a QB that can carry a team on his back with all the soldiers. Start screwing around trying to find the perfect QB and the current window will slam shut.
