The warrior in him is going to win out as usual.

I just hope he's healthy enough that he's not going to hurt himself any further.

Like I said yesterday I never have, and never will, question this guys toughness or dedication to give it everything he has and more.

I'd honestly only like to see him on very obvious passing downs and maybe sometimes as a decoy. No need to aggravate the injury in a game where I don't think he will be the difference between a win and a loss.

Reminds me of the week before the huge Saints game years back when Ware had the neck injury. He was extremely doubtful all week and ended up playing.

It's amazing how resilient some players are, and how others can't go a game without getting injured.

ESPN had him out for a month...Glazer said maybe a week or two. Now a game time decision...wonder if they feed ESPN BS?

The warrior in him? Other situations might warrant that comment but we're talking about an extremely mild muscle pull here. Some of you folks are equating this to the resurrection of Jesus. He has a freakin' charley horse. Now get out there and play!

LMAO! I'm sorry. I forgot you were Ware and actually knew how hurt he was.

I don't recall anyone mentioning anything about Jesus or resurrections or any of that jazz but way to overstate your point.

I would limit him to third down and passing situations but this is great news even if he cannot play this week.

They should just let him start and then sit him the rest of the game so he keeps his streak.

Football is about more than personal streaks so hopefully that is the least of everybody's concerns.
Hopefully he can play in a healthy manner.
Hopefully he can not only stay healthy, but heal more with limited use for the next week.
Hopefully he gets six sacks and we stomp the Eagles.

I hope a lot.

I admire the guy. He's the man. I just wish he would sit out a few weeks.

Glad it is not serious, but I think Ware should rest at least one game.

Love his determination, but I think he should avoid playing, or, at least, only play on 3rd downs or obvious passing situations. No more than 20-25 snaps.

Does everyone remember that game a few years ago when he had a nasty spinal injury that looked like Irvin's last play ever? They carted him off the field and he came back the very next week to have a couple of sacks.

He is playing one play to keep his steak alive.

You don't give up a gameday roster spot for a single play. If he can't go the whole game, then he sits out this week. Most likely he'll be a 3rd down specialist this week to limit his plays.

he's playing. wilber needs to still be ready to take 15-20 snaps.

Yes, work out a good rotation in the game plan. Ware to play first series, maybe two, see how it does. Then rotate Wilber in and out, and most of the game. Use Ware more in the 4th quarter if really needed. Keep him fresh.
