Fix is in,Favre aka a bus/saints strike again

Can anybody remember the Steeler's superbowl win against the seahawks.What a fixer huh?What about the bus winning out and retiring in Detroit?The Saints winning and beating the snot outta teams last year?(this year zippo).

Die-hard Cowboys fan here,as you all know.It's just strange that Favre is winning all these game where he never won before.Arrowhead and Denver to name a few.

What a storybook ending to a brilliant carreer,Farve comes back and slays the undefeated New England Patriots in the superbowl and the retires after he has broken all of Dan's records.

Telling my loyal Cowboy's fans this,If Dallas doesn't beat them senseless the NFL is fixed because there is noway this team is even close to us.Here is my breakdown on the game tommo:


1.Dallas wins 37-10

2.Columbo shuts Kampman out(kinda like he does Strahan and Peppers)

3.TO shows everyone why Harris doesn't make probowls

4.Charles Woodson doesn't play.

5.KGB doesnt play either

6.Ryan Grant rushes for 37yards

7.Farve throws 3 picks and Roy gets him one,Henry gets the other 2

8.Atleast 3 packers don't return to the game after getting hit

9.Chris Collinsworth makes me yawn atleast once

10.Packers end up loseing 3 straight after we smack them

This is really against anything I would ever do normally, but Dallas fans are coming acrossed as the most biased NFL fanbase I have ever seen. Thats why the Packers are "America's Team"... its very common for road stadiums to have 1/4 to 1/3 of their seats filled with Packer fans when the Packers hit the road.

I don't know of any other NFL team that has that kind of road following -- not unlike a college team.

Could have something to do with it. Or maybe you're letting a few bad apples spoil the bunch.

This thread is tongue-in-cheek. Though, I don't think the Pack is as close to this Dallas team as your post seems to indicate. You've had a great year, and are a young, up-and-coming team, but this is a cinderella season for you guys if I've ever seen one. Even your own QB has publicly said as much. Can you blame us for taking him at his word?

I've seen a lot of objective posts, even ones where our fans have predicted GB would win.

I think we have some of the smartest and most objective FANS on this site. I consider this an insult.

Every FAN board has the yappers. There are much less here than at the Ranch, by far! And most other message boards I see, especially all the NFC East.

Plus, I think anyone who really knows football this year sees a talent edge to Dallas. The D's are comparable, even the offenses. But we have TO and a running game. Edge Dallas.

i think it is pretty obvious the people on this board have alot of respect for the packers, I know I do.

I think you are seeing some of the people who like to yell we are better and then if we lose they cry and complain that we suck and will root for another team soon. For some reason they are all popping up on here the last two days.

I think if you stick around you will see a much different type of place. Alot of those crazy threads dont get attention from the fans on here who really are interested in the game and the matchups.

Nothing like taking a small sampling and using it to make a stereotypical point.

Green Bay fans are the ones that have been coming to the Cowboy boards I visit and talking smack.

Does it really matter what we think of your team? Frankly, most of us haven't followed your team this season. I have no idea about your team. I follow the Cowboys.

And the RIGGED statement? That was obviously said "tongue-in-cheek". But it is funny.......Most home teams get the benefit of a doubt in big games.

Not us.....It's almost the opposite. Take the NE game for instance. We had several drive-killing penalties on iffy calls.

And....one of the few Packer games I saw was at Denver. In this game, you had a phantom call that brought back a long run. Denver had at the very least a gimme FG. But I lost count of the times that your CBs mugged Denver WRs.

So, taking those things into account....the fact that we're penalty machines at home and you guys seem to avoid them (at least from what I've seen)..you can see why there's a little paranoia.

This board is like a family dinner. It's where you gripe, share your wishes, use hyperbole......An outsider sitting in on a family discussion just doesn't quite understand what's going on.

Relax and talk football.......And I suggest you read some posts on this site. There are hundreds that suggest we have our work cut out for us this game. There are also hundreds (especially from our fiercest rival) that attest to the classiness of the posters here.
